All products listed on this web site are held in stock and are available for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
1. Delivery Options
UK Mainland
Order before 3:00pm and we will dispatch your order that day for a next working day delivery*. Please see below ‘UK Delivery Schedule’. *Except Scottish Highlands please allow two days for delivery, see below for highlands postcodes.
Order Tracking - If you would like to track your order, you will be able to track your order progress through links to our carriers. Please have your delivery postcode or order number available (from your confirmation e-mail TD-….) and click on the link; http://www.interlinkexpress.com/tracking/index.jsp Select ‘show advanced’ and input your postcode into the 'Delivery Postcode' field or your order number starting with TD- within the 'Senders Ref' field. This will then display position of your delivery.

Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Island Locations
Trade 1st dispatch from the UK Mainland, offshore deliveries are based on the weight (KG) of the package. Therefore, orders are based on the total weight of the order. Deliveries will be sent out using Royal Mail Recorded signed for™,1st Class. Please allow 2 days for delivery. If you wish to track your order please contact Trade 1st Customer Services – 0844 8004167. Order before 3:00pm and we will dispatch your order that day for a 2 day delivery to all offshore addresses. Please see below ‘UK Delivery Schedule’
The total weight (KG) of your order is calculated and displayed in the ‘Your Basket’ located in the top right hand corner of your screen. Please ensure you select the correct delivery charge within the ‘Summary and Shipping’ page when checking out. If you are unsure of the weight of your order and you are within the ‘Summary & Shipping’ page, you will need click back twice to establish your order's total weight information.

We offer a range of options linked to the value of your order. For UK Mainland orders over £50 Ex VAT you can take advantage of our FREE Next Day delivery to all UK mainland* addresses (Scottish Highlands is FREE, delivery takes 2 days).
Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Island Locations
Please select from delivery option within ‘Summary and Shipping’ the correct weight charge, all deliveries to all offshore locations are based on the total weight of the products ordered.
