Returns

Steps For Returning an Item

 

You will need your order number and the details of the item to be returned. Email: enquiries@trade1st.co.uk or Phone Customer Services on: 0844 8004167

We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier.

We will then dispatch a replacement from our Warehouse or process a refund once your returns are received.
