Delivery
Ordering and Dispatch - Orders are dispatched on our standard next working day delivery*. Order before 3:00pm and we will dispatch your order that day, orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. *Scottish Highlands please allow two days for delivery, see below for further details.
Product Stock - All products listed are held in stock and are available for dispatch, unless the item states 'Sorry, this item is Out of Stock'.
Delivery Times - For UK mainland we will provide one hour delivery window on the morning of the delivery by email, if you have provided us with a mobile phone number you will be notified by text message. If the delivery time is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change the delivery date. Deliveries will be made between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, all Saturday deliveries are an additional charge.
Hours of Business - Orders can be placed on our web site 24/7. Trade1st customer services are available Monday - Friday, 9.30 - 4.30pm, we close for Bank Holidays (England).

Delivery Charges
UK Mainland - Our standard delivery service is Next Working Day. Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 Ex.VAT for standard Next Working Day delivery to UK Mainland addresses (including Scottish Highlands). For orders under £50 Ex.VAT there is a charge of £4.95 Ex.VAT for standard next working day delivery. There is no minimum order size required.
Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Island Locations - All deliveries to all offshore locations are priced depending on the weight of the goods ordered, this will be calculated as you are checking out. For detailed weight based costs please refer to the table below.
