**Clearance Price** PVA Adhesive and Primer 1 Litre. PVA Tetrabond is a sealer, primer and bonding agent which is ideal as a dust proofer with excellent durability and quick drying adhesion. PVA is generally used on porous surfaces to seal and promote paint adhesion. PVA is water based, non toxic and non flammable, please ensure adequate ventilation during application. For bonding for cement render and plaster apply 1:5 PVA/Water. For most bonding a 3:1 PVA/Water mix is recommended. As an adhesive for porous surfaces, use neat and hold surfaces together, drying time 24 hours. As a cement admixture, use a 1:1 PVA/Water solution, this improves the strenght and durability of renders.
