Zinsser Bulls-Eye 123 Primer Sealer Stain Killer 2.5Lt. Bulls-Eye 123 is a water based primer, sealer and stain killer, and can be applied as a base coat or a bond coat either internally and externally. Bulls-Eye 123 sticks to all surfaces without sanding and seals porous surfaces, stains, graffiti and tannin bleed. Bulls-Eye 123 is ideal for high humidity areas prevents mold and mildew. Bulls-Eye 123 is ideal for use on metal surfaces and resists rust with its resistant film. Ideal for use to prime drywall, cured plaster, cement, concrete block, wood or metal doors, windows, aluminum and galvanised, PVC, glossy laminates, powder coatings and asbestos. Approximate coverage is about 10M sq per Litre, dries in 1 hour.
