Description
Stabilising Solution Water Based 2.5 Litre. Stabilising solution can be used internally or externally for the treatment of powdery and porose surfaces. Stabilising solution binds unstable surfaces, such as old limewash, chaulky emulsion paints, weathered masonry paints and distemper. 1 Litre covers 13 m.sq. and drys in 2 - 4 hours depending on conditions.
